CCNSG Leading a Team Safely

To attend this course you must have a valid CCNSG Site Safety Passport which is within at least 3 months after the expiry date of the card.

This course will provide an essential introduction to managing small teams within the context of Health and Safety in the Engineering Construction Industry.

The course covers four elements:

Element 1: The Team
Element 2: The Plan
Element 3: The Job
Element 4: Good Job

At the end of the course each delegate should be able to:

• Understand what makes a successful team
• How to communicate
• How to give constructive and positive feedback

The assessment of learning is by a 20 question multi-choice question paper issued at the end of the day and candidates must achieve a minimum 80% in order to pass.
