Who Should Attend?

The course is designed for persons who undertake construction activities and need an understanding of the possible location of asbestos-based products and what action to take in the event of their discovery.

Course Aims and Objectives

To provide candidates with the skills to identify the possible location of asbestos together with knowledge of the relevant legislation applicable.

Training Method

Tutorials and continuous assessment.

Maximum Number of Candidates

The maximum number of candidates for this course is 12.

Venue

This course can be carried out at our training centre in Stockton or at a venue of your choice providing all necessary facilities and equipment are available.

Equipment Required (when carrying out training on site)

Classroom area with electricity supply and enough tables and chairs to seat all candidates comfortably and allow our Instructor to set up his training equipment.

CITB Grant Aid

There is ½ day CITB grant aid (£17.50 per person) available for this course.
