ASBESTOS AWARENESS FOR SCAFFOLDING CONTRACTORS

Who Should Attend?

The course is designed for Scaffolding Contractors who are responsible for erecting scaffold in or around
asbestos enclosures / areas. It is a legislative requirement that scaffold contractors carrying out this work
have a licence and that this training is refreshed annually.

To provide candidates with the skills to identify the possible location of asbestos together with knowledge of the relevant legislation applicable.

There is ½ day CITB grant aid available for this course.

Maximum Number of Candidates

The maximum number of candidates for this course is 12.

Venue

This course can be carried out at our training centre in Stockton or at a v enue of your choice providing all
necessary facilities and equipment are available.

Equipment required (when carrying out training on site)

Classroom area with electricity supply and enough tables and chairs to seat all candidates comfortably
and allow our Instructor to set up his training equipment.
