Who Should Attend?
The course is designed for Managers of Buildings and persons who have responsibility for maintenance activities in non-domestic premises.
Course Aims and Objectives
Regulation 4 of the Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations 2002 crates a new legal duty to manage asbestos in non-domestic premises.
When candidates have completed this course they should be able to assess whether there is any asbestos present in their building and decide either to remove it or manage it, depending on its condition.

This course can be carried out at our training centre in Stockton or at a venue of your choice providing all necessary facilities and equipment are available.
Equipment required (when carrying out training on site)
- Classroom area with electricity supply and enough tables and chairs to seat all candidates comfortably and allow our Instructor to set up his training equipment
