Company History

Established since 1997, Northern Safety has become a byword in the North of England for high quality training, assessment and advice within the construction, demolition, asbestos removal and related industries.

After many successful years at Queensway House, Middlesbrough, and our adjacent training facilities in Queensway Court, we are now based in The Northern Safety Centre, our own purpose-built centre in Stockton-on-Tees, where all training and assessment is delivered in practical, well-equipped and comfortable surroundings, using the latest presentation technologies.

We also provide high quality training in association with key partner companies AEC Ltd of Manchester and Sarens UK Ltd, of Middlesbrough.

As well as our own training centres, Northern Safety can provide training on-site.

Our Philosophy

Northern Safety is committed to delivering successful, efficient and cost effective training in which we endeavour to make the most of a client's training investment, whether you are a company or an individual. We take great care and pride to ensure the highest standards in every aspect of the services we provide.

  • Training is delivered in a purposeful and understandable format, ensuring effective outcomes.
  • Assessments are based on the most up-to-date information and legislation available.
  • Advice is given against a strong background in relevant industries, and unrivalled practical and theoretical knowledge of workplace safety.

The Northern Safety Centre

Located at Thornaby, on the outskirts of Stockton-on-Tees, the purpose-built centre has equipped workshop and conference rooms providing a safe and controlled environment for all forms of safety training. The Northern Safety Centre can accommodate up to 20 delegates at a time and host two courses simultaneously.
